Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily logistics and transportation operations
- Monitor truck movements, delivery schedules, and route efficiency
- Ensure proper use and monitoring of GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring systems
- Coordinate with transport staff, drivers, and third-party logistics providers
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports
- Identify and resolve operational issues related to delays, damages, or shortages
- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and transport activities
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
