The Operations Manager, Commercial Contracting & Salesforce Operations, is a people manager role responsible for supporting commercial operations for Full‑Service Solutions. The role partners closely with Solution Design, Global Deal Management (GDM), Finance, Legal, Business Development, and Go‑to‑Market.

- Coordinate contracting inputs across Solution Design, GDM, Finance, and Legal.
- Ensure scoped services, assumptions, and operational details are contract‑ready.
- Align scope, pricing tools, and contract language prior to finalization.
- Facilitate timely issue resolution to support contract execution.
