We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our Dry Bulk Shipbroking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full post-fixture cycle ensuring the efficient and profitable execution of charter parties while maintaining strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and service providers. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all post-fixture operations for time charter and voyage charter contracts across the dry bulk segment (Handy to Capesize). Coordinate with shipowners, charterers, agents, and masters to ensure smooth cargo operations and adherence to charter party terms. Monitor vessel schedules, port rotations, laytime, and demurrage/despatch calculations; prepare and negotiate laytime statements. Track vessel performance, bunker consumption, and voyage profitability, identifying cost and time optimisation opportunities.
