The Operations Manager (Field & Deployment) is strictly responsible for the flawless **execution, mobilization, and daily management** of our outsourced blue-collar workforce across various client sites in the UAE. The core metric of success for this role is maximizing billable hours by eliminating absenteeism, ensuring 100% on-time deployment, and maintaining strong client relations at the ground level.<br /> <br /> *Note: Centralized HR, worker welfare/camps, payroll, and recruitment are handled by separate dedicated departments.
