**Position Summary**
The Electrical Division Operations Manager will lead the Division’s operational efforts to effectively plan, manage, and successfully execute electrical construction projects while achieving scope, budget, quality, safety, and schedule objectives for clients. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across project management, field operations, estimating, procurement, and client relations to support division growth, profitability, and long-term strategic goals.
