Operations Manager - Enterprise Operations Software Licensing

Job Summary The Operations Manager is the sole operational owner for Enterprise Operations Software Licensing, with primary accountability for key strategic partner royalty products. This role manages endtoend operational execution, compliance, systems administration, and crossfunctional coordination to support global software licensing and royalty obligations. The position plays a critical role in ensuring HP's compliance with licensing requirements and minimizing financial exposure. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Financial Risk Management Download, analyze, and reconcile two weekly Hardware Compliance Reports (HWCR and MHR) to ensure HP remains compliant with licensing and reporting rules. Identify and address compliance gaps, understanding that noncompliance results in financial penalties.
