- Day to day responsibility for the operations including Seafreight, Airfreight, Logistics and Agency functions.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service quality to meet company objectives and customer expectations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities and timely service delivery to customers.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and resource allocation.
- Handle and supervise specialized cargo operations including: OOG (Out of Gauge) cargo and Breakbulk shipments.
