1Click Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced, organized, and leadership-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service, installation, dispatch, and operational activities in our London, Ontario location. This role is responsible for leading field technicians, managing workflow, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HVAC service and installation operations
- Manage, mentor, and support HVAC technicians and administrative staff
- Maintain and optimize staffing schedules, dispatching, and workload planning
