We are looking for a highly driven Operations Integrator who can lead teams, execute the company’s business plan, and ensure that all departments are aligned toward achieving organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, operational discipline, and a passion for driving results.

1. Lead, Manage & Hold People Accountable
- Provide day-to-day leadership across multiple teams
- Set expectations and ensure commitments are met
- Maintain high performance and accountability standards
- Conduct weekly L10 meetings, track KPIs, and manage scorecard performance
