An established industrial property management company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of a portfolio of industrial and logistics properties across South Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard, operational risks are managed effectively, and tenant service delivery aligns with company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of an industrial property portfolio, including warehouses and industrial parks
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance
- Implement planned and preventative maintenance programmes
