Job Description
The Operations Team Leader manages a team of Operations Supervisors and Captain Drivers and ensures the effective execution of fleet deployment, driver management, and vehicle performance. This role is vital in bridging middle-management operations to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor at least 5 Operations Supervisors and their teams.
- Oversee daily deployment and resolve escalated operational issues.
- Track vehicle uptime, trip productivity, and driver performance.
- Coordinate with HR, Inspection, and Dispatch for end-to-end ops alignment.
- Lead initiatives for continuous operations improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant field.
- At least 5 years in operations, with 2 years in a leadership role.
