We represent a leading global logistics provider who focuses on Express, Special Delivery, Air Freight and Sea Freight in Shah Alam. As they are expanding, they are looking for Operations Manager to join the team!
Job Scope:
- To head the Sea Freight Department, reporting to Country Manager, inclusive of Export, Import, declaration team, outside operations.
- Make sure department is running smoothly at all times. Meaning manage workforce inclusive of leaves and holidays, but also in terms of process, SOP, job segregation, etc
- Retain and maximized gross profit per job
- Ensure data accuracy in our system related to shipment such as quantity, destination, salesmen code etc
- Become tech savvy with all tools used in the department
