What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day‑to‑day operations of the site, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
- Managing on‑site teams and external contractors to deliver high‑quality services
- Managing budgets, monitoring spend, and supporting financial processes
- Building strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and partners
- Supporting site developments, refurbishments, and new tenant fit‑outs
- Driving continuous improvement across operations, sustainability, and occupier experience
