We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take up an Operations Manager position within our dedicated Domestic Major Loss team. The team is based across the Midlands/South Wales and you'll balance office and remote work to optimise your team's efficiency.
Our dedicated team generally handles claims over £100k in value. Each adjuster works alongside a designated adjusting executive and works as part of the larger regional team. Claims are allocated based on experience and technical ability, with each claim assessed for complexity prior to allocation.
