Compensation



₱80,000 basic salary

₱10,000 allowance



Qualifications (Strict)



Minimum 4–5 years experience as Operations Manager in a BPO company

Must have at least 4–5 years tenure in one company

Strong experience in managing Team Leaders and frontline teams

Solid background in KPI management, client reporting, and SLA delivery

Healthcare account experience is an advantage
