Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Order Execution & Fulfillment
- Manage the end‑to‑end purchase order process across retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce channels
- Ensure all orders are processed, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time
- Handle documentation, including invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), routing guides, and labels
- Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers
Sales Operations
- Support new item setup across retailers and distributors
- Maintain accurate pricing, product data, and sales materials
- Track deductions, trade spend, and promotional activities
- Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches
Supply Chain & Inventory
- Coordinate production runs with co‑packers and suppliers
- Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE)
