Work Setup: Onsite
Work Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8pm - 5am or 11pm - 8am (to be finalized during the JO with the HM); Fixed weekends off
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across Product, Project, IT, and Accounting teams to ensure seamless performance aligned with company goals.
- Monitor operations to identify growth opportunities and drive cross-functional projects to completion on schedule.
- Collaborate with IT and Accounting to optimize systems and ensure accurate financial processes.
- Develop operational policies, manage resources and timelines, and promote continuous improvement for enhanced efficiency.
- Foster communication and collaboration for a unified, high-performing organization.
