The opportunity:
Smurfit Westrock has an opportunity for an Operations Manager at our recycling facility in Jacksonville, FL. Jacksonville Recycling is committed to creating and increasing the Smurfit Westrock Recycling presence in support of the Smurfit Westrock Mills in the region. Our success is directly related to our co-workers, their safety and efficiency. The position would report to the General Manager of the facility.

Safety:
- Ensure employees are operating in a safe manner and following the procedures and policies set forth by Smurfit Westrock.
- Execute the training and associated tasks of the required Safety programs.
- Maintain and create a strong safety culture.
