About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of renewable retrofit projects across the South region. This is a key leadership role supporting the Operations Director and driving performance across multiple contracts.
You’ll take ownership of operational delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while leading and developing high‑performing site teams.
