Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all operational aspects across HearCANADA clinics
• Conduct training and coaching sessions for clinic staff
• Create standard operating procedures for effective scheduling
• Support the implementation of company initiatives and projects
• Analyze and report on KPI trends for operational insights
Requirements:
• 3+ years in multi-site operational roles
• 2+ years in training and leadership
• Experience in data-driven environments
