Job Description
Seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join the team at Pentagon Freight & Forwarding Services Sdn Bhd, based in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This is a senior position and has day to day responsibility for the operations including Seafreight, Airfreight, Logistics and Agency function ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate all freight and logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
Lead a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to drive continuous improvement and optimisation of processes
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure seamless service delivery
