Job Description
- Provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the Steinway Gallery and Pianoland have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures. To put human resource systems in place to effectively manage and grow the organization and operating efficiencies
- Establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress.
- Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and contractors on all operational matters
- Warehouse & Inventory management import and export logistics to maximise efficiency and accuracy.
- Stock and accessories procurement
- Preparation and submission of reports to brand principal
- Coordinate IT maintenance and software updates by liaising with IT vendors
- Research and apply strategies that will help to support our manpower needs
