Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple cleaning and stewarding project sites
- Plan and deploy manpower effectively to meet operational needs
- Ensure service standards and KPIs are met at all times
- Handle client feedback, site inspections, and service recovery
- Supervise and guide site supervisors and ground staff
- Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline matters
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment and staff deployment
- Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience (Cleaning / Stewarding preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to handle multiple sites and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
