Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead logistics operations and drive business growth within the Singapore market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge across sea and air freight, and the ability to manage end-to-end operations while building strong client and partner relationships across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including import and export sea and air freight shipments.
- Liaise directly with clients and shippers, building strong relationships throughout the shipment process.
- Handle end-to-end sea bookings, including documentation handling and creation.
- Manage agent and partner communications, order handling, and internal coordination across offices.
