Key Responsibilities Revenue Driver- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales & profitability
- P&L Management: Monitor food costs, labor costs & ops expenses
- Sales Initiatives: Collaborate with the team to roll out new menu launches, seasonal promotions
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data & customer feedback to identify trends, revenue opportunities, fix bottlenecks
- Quality Control: Ensure food quality, service standards are excellent across outlets
- SOP Optimization: Review, refine, & enforce SOPs so that ops run like well-oiled machines
