Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the platform/business unit to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve user activity, transaction volume, customer experience, and overall business performance.
- Work closely with BD, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Compliance, and Tech teams to ensure business objectives are aligned and executed effectively.
- Plan, execute, and monitor operational campaigns, including user growth campaigns, trading activities, retention programs, and incentive plans.
- Analyze operational data, user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to identify issues and provide actionable improvement plans.
