A dynamic and rapidly growing solar energy company in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the successful execution of residential, commercial, and agricultural solar installation projects.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in operations management within solar, renewable energy, or electrical contracting
- Proven ability to manage solar installation projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations
- Experience with project management and inventory software
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting experience
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Solid understanding of health and safety protocols
