Location : Kinrara, Puchong, Malaysia

Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Improve internal workflows, track KPIs, and manage day‑to‑day business processes.
- Logistics: Coordinate all international shipping arrangements (imports and exports).
- Freight: Liaise directly with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance.
- Negotiate Prices: Negotiate transportation and freight prices.
- Communicate: Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- Solve Problems: Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels of inks and components to prevent shortages.
