Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise end-to-end business operations, including production, logistics, supply chain, procurement, inventory, quality control, compliance, customer service, and financial performance. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, driving profitability, managing cross-functional teams, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring continuous improvement across the organisation. The Operations Manager will also lead change management initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, oversee compliance, and build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- B.Tech or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success in leading operational functions in a complex organisation.
- Solid experience in ERP Systems and Syspro.
