We're looking for a people-focused leader to join a rapidly growing hydroponic berry farm just 30 minutes from Timaru.
Responsibilities
- Leading supervisors, team leaders, and seasonal workforces of 100+ staff during peak periods
- Managing multiple operational areas and teams simultaneously
- Workforce planning, resource allocation, and scheduling
- Driving productivity, efficiency, and operational performance
- Building a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
- Identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions before issues arise
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and food safety standards are maintained
