Site Operations Manager – Liverpool
The Site Operations Manager will oversee the daily running of a high-volume operational site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental and legislative standards.
- Pay: Up to £52,000 per annum (Overtime available at £25.00 per hour)
- Hours of Work: 07:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays 07:00 – 12:00)
- Duration: Permanent
- Benefits: Standard pension scheme, 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (additional service days after 5 years)
Acting in a hands‑on leadership capacity, the Site Operations Manager will manage site teams, plan labour and resources, and work closely with supervisors and the Wash Plant Manager to achieve production goals and maintain operational continuity.
