**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Operations / Logistics - Hundreds of customers across Coachella Valley, California
- Develop a schedule for all repair work, determining what can be done in a day and which person is best qualified for each job.
- Develop efficient routes for cleaners who visit 20 customer houses each day, by adding / removing houses to help build more efficient routes.
- Define systems and processes for efficient business operations.
Identify tools and software systems the business should adopt as we grow.
- Customer service - Most customers are vacation property owners, property managers and snowbirds, who require a sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- Understand customer needs and problems to determine the best course of action.
Problem solve to find the quickest and most affordable solution to an issue.
- Create new customer profiles and jobs in the software system.
Provide repair estimates.
