We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager or Transportation Manager** to lead and support our field-based driver teams. This role involves overseeing daily transportation operations, conducting route observations and ride-along, and fostering a strong **safety-first culture** .
**The ideal candidate will have:**
+ A solid background in **DOT regulations** and transportation logistics
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with the team
+ A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing drivers
**Preferred Experience:**
+ In-depth knowledge of **DOT compliance**
