Job Description
You are to report directly all operations activity to the Operations Manager daily and weekly.
You are to coordinate and supervise activities of Patrol supervisors to achieve proper monitoring.
You are expected to lend your voice to further orient Recruit, trained security personnel before they are assigned to any location on appropriate security rules and procedures as per the Site SOP.
Develop and enforce security protocols, and procedures necessary for safeguarding lives and property
Prepare and mark Guard Attendance / Payroll of all locations as at when due.
Oversee the coordination of staff during an emergency situation, and also respond to problems that may occur at locations under your watch.
