Are you highly motivated individual who is keen to drive process consistency by designing, documenting and updating the One Best Way (OBW) workflow for FCM Operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan? If so, we have an One Best Way (OBW) Leader opportunity for you! 

The One Best Way Leader is the owner of the operational internal One Best Way. Responsible for maintaining an optimized and efficient One Best way for internal workflows, by identifying new opportunities for productivity gains and ensure the OBW is being adhered to across all four markets.

Reporting into the Operations Deployment Leader, Asia, this is what you'll be doing:

Work closely with Operations Optimization Leader and Corp Tech team to design, document and update the One Best Way workflow process for FCM operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Japan to increase consultant productivity and client satisfaction.
