Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Products Executive to support the end-to-end coordination of travel operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless tour planning, accurate bookings, and smooth execution of travel arrangements while working closely with both internal teams and overseas partners.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage end-to-end tour planning, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries Liaise with overseas partners and counterparts to ensure smooth and accurate travel arrangements Prepare, review, and update travel documents, itineraries, and booking details Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations Identify and resolve operational or product-related issues before and during trips Provide on-ground or remote support during tours to ensure a seamless travel experience Support travel fairs, roadshows, and company events...
