Position: Project Manager – RE Operation
Band/Salary: Band E (21 – 29.50 LPA)
Location: UIDAI Technology Centre, Bangalore(Through GA Digital Web Word Private Limited)
Educational Qualification:
BE/B.Tech / MCA / Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years with at least 7 years in L1/L2/L3 support management
- ITIL certification preferred
- Experience with Service Desk/CRM tools
- Experience managing cloud-hosted applications
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Resident Enrolment Operations and citizen-facing applications
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests and CRM cases
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Manage MIS reports, dashboards and SLA compliance
- Handle escalations and long-pending grievances
- Guide L1/L2/L3 ...
