Job Summary
This role oversees daily operations, safety compliance, and operational standards across Sinopec’s petrol station network, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory adherence, and high service quality.
Responsibilities
Safety & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all petrol stations comply with regulatory requirements and maintain necessary licenses
- Lead HSSE initiatives, conduct safety audits, and implement incident prevention programs
- Maintain stations in inspection-ready condition at all times
Operations Management
- Oversee daily station operations, managing traffic flow and forecourt activities to ensure efficiency
- Conduct site inspections, evaluate performance, and develop actionable improvement plans
