We are looking for Operations Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure the effective execution of processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities on the shift.
- Implements work schedule and ensures that lines adhere to required production quality standards
- Monitors work performance and behavior of Line Leaders and workers and ensure adherence to work standards and company rules
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
