Job Description

SayGen Genetics is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to lead operations at our RT-PCR and IVD Diagnostics Kits manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end operational oversight of the manufacturing facility
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Production, Quality and other teams
  • Driving operational excellence through a focused outcome-based approach
  • Ensuring seamless execution, team alignment and continuous process improvement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, master's or PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in diagnostics, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of RT-PCR diagnostic technologies, assay development, IVD product development and manufacturing workflows
