We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support cash management and online banking products within a dynamic financial services environment. This role combines technical support, client interaction, and operational execution, offering strong visibility across internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide operational and technical support for online cash management and digital banking products
+ Deliver virtual training sessions (e.g., WebEx) to clients and internal stakeholders
