Role: Operations Specialist Customer Mandate Maker

Location: Al Ain

Role Purpose

Opening and Verification of Customers Relationship and Accounts for individual customers of different segments in accordance with agreed SLA TAT P&P Standards and operational policies in order to achieve overall division objectives, enhance customer experience and review the quality service by projecting ADIBs professional image, maintenance of operational controls, and continuous improvement for operational and service efficiency.
