Summary
The Operations Specialist is a store-based role focused on delivering exceptional client service while supporting point-of-sale, cash management, order fulfillment and logistics. The role balances customer-facing support at the service desk with back-of-house responsibilities including picking, packing, and inventory activities. The Specialist helps maintain POS accuracy, loss prevention standards and operational procedures to support store performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service at the service desk and act as a point of contact for customer issues, escalating when necessary.
- Process transactions accurately, manage daily cash handling, open/close registers and prepare deposits.
