Job Description
The Aesen Project Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Superintendent to join its operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution across the fleet and associated operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Operations, Technical, and HSQE policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Assistant Superintendents, ensuring effective task allocation and performance monitoring.
- Monitor Classification Society survey status and plan, coordinate, and attend annual, intermediate, and renewal class surveys as required.
- Liaise and coordinate with Marine Agents, Marine Warranty Surveyors (MWS), Classification Society Surveyors, and Client Representatives to ensure smooth operational execution.
