Operations Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Description:

• Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment.


• Supervisor is also responsible for driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills development for his/her team members/team leaders.


• Supervisor must maintain a good social climate and develop autonomy of the team.


• Supervisor must also be knowledgeable of the broader manufacturing organization and mobilizes support groups and resources when needed.


• Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment.


• He/she is also responsible to lead and assist in problem solving in his/her area of responsibility.
