BAE Systems is looking for a Factory Operations Supervisor for their Austin, Texas facility. The Operations Supervisor role is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, leading, and managing activities within a team-based manufacturing environment. Major areas of responsibility include establishing and improving manufacturing capabilities for highly technical products and programs.
**This is a first shift position(6am-4:30pm) working a 4/10 schedule (Monday-Thursday).**
+ Will provide motivation, coaching, and leadership to team members to ensure the accomplishment of business objectives including meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost and company objectives.
