Accountabilities
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely action to the customer Monitor operations team members to ensure that the full outbound cycle is done in using safe practices Manage schedule and shifts of all the team members to ensure the availability of adequate staffing Prepare and control outbound performance analysis for the warehouse staff Generate and handle all receiving shipments tokens by back office and making the shipment ready for collection Assist ad hoc project as assigned Job Requirements
Degree or above in logistics/supply chain management or related disciplines; 3 years of relevant working experience in courier, express, freight or hub management; Good command in both written and verbal Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus; Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (esp.
