Qualifications:
- With background in BPO Telco or Telco Sales
- Experience in handling operations or team supervision is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team operations and ensure performance targets are met
- Monitor KPIs and drive team productivity
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
