Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Logistics Assistants and Team Leads in daily warehouse operations
- Drive the team to achieve operational targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and operational procedures
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor team performance and support staff development through coaching, counselling, and performance reviews
- Train and onboard new Logistics Assistants on operational processes and procedures
- Support and manage ad-hoc logistics projects when required
- Ensure adherence to the Company's Code of Conduct, policies, and regulations
- Promote and reinforce the Company's values in daily work practices
- Plan, monitor, and guide team performance to achieve operational objectives
