Responsibilities
Team Management - Oversee a team of 3 Building Operators
Capital Planning - Budget, Plan and Execute Capital Projects
- Work with CBRE/Brookfield on Complex Decarbonization Plan
- Maintain and update Building Condition Report
- Oversee Audit Reviews of Complex Budgeting & Reforecasting
- Provide guidance on Capital Spending
- Provide budgeting guidance on operational expenses
- Provide guidance on monthly accruals
Operational Management - Operational liaison for 161 Bay Tower to CBRE/Brookfield
- Oversee 161 Bay specific operational contracts (Elevator, Cleaning and Window Cleaning and others)
- Manage PM Program (Angus) and multi‑year maintenance plan
- Prime contact for CBRE/Brookfield on Security
- Work with risk management on insurance related issues
- Available if needed for weekend shutdown or emergency events
